Spring in Kreischberg

Bloom and silence (April – June)

April, May, and June are the months when Kreischberg reveals its quietest, most beautiful side. The mountain meadows are in bloom, and rare orchids and lime-loving plants, which you never encounter on the plains, grow along the Scharfes Eck. The hiking trails are empty, the air is clear, and daytime temperatures range between 12 and 18°C, ideal for those who want to be active without breaking a sweat.

From May 1st, the Murau GästeCard is active, giving you free access to swimming pools, cable cars, and dozens of other attractions in the region.
